Who we are

Mr&Mrs Steam LLC, trading as Mr & Mrs Steam, is a cleaning business based in Charlotte, NC. We are a mobile service, so we have no public street address. You can reach us at (980) 497-8003 or mm.steamers@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our contact form or tell us on the phone:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give one
• Your city and the type of job
• Anything you write in the message field

We do not ask for payment card details through this website. We do not collect any data about children.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, give you a price, agree a time, and do the job. If you become a customer, we keep a record of the work so we can help with a follow-up or a repeat booking.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Two services handle your enquiry on our behalf, and both are bound to use it only for us:

• Resend delivers the email that tells us about your enquiry, and the confirmation email we send back to you.
• HubSpot stores your contact record so we do not lose track of the job.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. Any storage the site uses is technical and is needed to make the pages work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job, a warranty question, or our tax records. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mm.steamers@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. There is no charge.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
